Sunday, February 11th, I attended a networking brunch event that blew my mind. Boss Talk Brunch is a networking event that brings together women from various backgrounds, industries, and career stages to support, inspire, and empower each other. In attendance was a diverse panel of women from different professions, industries, and backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals; this brunch offers a diverse, rich exchange of ideas and experiences.
Milani Rae's Events is a Harlem event space created by Owner, Event Planner, and Host Brittania Davey. It opened six months ago. Brittania made it abundantly clear that the space is open to positive vibes ONLY. Boss Talk Brunch is a networking event that builds relationships and creates professional sisterhood.
The panel of women and experts featured at Boss Talk Brunch shared their insights, experiences, and success stories. The session covered leadership, career development, entrepreneurship, work-life balance, and overcoming challenges. It allowed us to connect, exchange contacts, and build relationships.

Listening is Fun challenges the participant to recognize an original song (the Razzle) and identify the sample used in current music (the Dazzle) while taking you on a musical journey. With all my upcoming ventures, programs, and projects, this was everything I needed. And with all the talent in the room, we can build and develop something extraordinary. The event cultivated an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where women felt comfortable sharing their experiences, challenges, and aspirations without fear of judgment. Overall, the event provided a platform for women to connect, learn, grow, and support each other in achieving their personal and professional goals
